Our comprehensive dispute resolution system protects both buyers and sellers, ensuring every transaction is secure and fair through our escrow payment system.

1. Purpose of the Dispute Policy

The Dispute Policy of i skan is designed to ensure fair, safe, and transparent transactions between buyers and sellers using our escrow payment system. This policy protects both parties against fraudulent transactions, fake or defective products, and scams.

2. Scope of Disputes

A dispute may be filed by either the buyer or seller if:

Buyer side: wrong item, counterfeit/fake item, defective or damaged item, item not as described, or item not received.
Seller side: buyer refuses to confirm delivery even if the product is correct, or buyer falsely claims that the item is wrong/damaged.

3. Escrow Release Process

  1. Once the buyer receives the product, the system will display a "Confirm Order Received" button.
  2. When the buyer clicks this button, the funds in escrow will be released to the seller in real time.
  3. If the buyer does not click the button within 12 hours, the funds will be automatically released to the seller (to prevent abuse).

4. Dispute Process

  1. Filing Period – The buyer must file a dispute within 12 hours after the order is marked as delivered. After this period, the funds will be automatically released to the seller.
  2. Supporting Evidence – The disputing party must submit clear evidence (photos, videos, or screenshots) directly within the app.
  3. Admin Review – The i skan admin team will review the dispute and provide a resolution within 12–24 hours.
  4. Resolution – Based on the review, the admin may approve a refund, request a replacement, or release the funds to the seller.

5. Important Notes

  • •All disputes will undergo admin review to ensure fairness for both parties.
  • •Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the automatic release of funds to the seller.
  • •The decision of i skan admin shall be considered final and binding to protect the integrity of the platform.
